Terms of Service
Effective from 20 June 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern the services provided by BrokerDesk AI(“we”, “us”, the “Provider”), operated as a sole proprietorship based in Dubai, UAE, to a client (the “Client”).
They apply when the Client engages us — by signing an agreement, paying for services, or confirming scope in writing (email or WhatsApp). The prices shown on this website are indicative and are not a binding offer.
2. Services
We design, set up and deliver AI automation for real-estate brokerages — including AI lead capture and qualification, WhatsApp and voice assistants, listing/content support, analytics, and lead generation, with relevant CRM integrations.
The exact scope, timeline, fees and technical requirements are agreed per project in a written scope of work or in written correspondence, which forms part of the agreement.
3. How we work
- The Client submits an enquiry on the website or contacts us directly.
- We hold a diagnostic call to map the lead process and agree an outline scope and price.
- We send a proposal and, where relevant, an agreement.
- After scope is agreed and any deposit is received, we begin work per the scope of work.
- Delivery is confirmed on handover/acceptance of the agreed deliverables.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed per project and fixed in the proposal or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, modules are priced as a one-time setup plus a monthly fee; lead-generation campaigns are billed as a management fee plus the Client’s own advertising spend.
Payment is made in UAE Dirhams (AED). A typical schedule is a deposit to start and the balance on delivery, unless agreed otherwise. Website prices are indicative and not binding.
5. Responsibilities
We will:
- deliver the services professionally and within the agreed timeline;
- keep the Client’s information confidential;
- keep the Client informed of progress;
- sign a separate NDA on request.
The Client will:
- provide the information and access needed, on time;
- pay the agreed fees on time;
- review and accept deliverables, or raise reasoned comments, within 5 business days.
6. No guarantee of business results
We are responsible for delivering the agreed services to a professional standard. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue, conversion rates or number of deals), as results depend on factors on the Client’s side — lead quality, niche, product and market conditions.
Our services and AI assistants provide general information and operational support, not financial, legal or investment advice. Our total liability is limited to the fees actually paid for the services concerned.
7. Compliance
We build compliant by design and operate in line with applicable UAE rules, including the PDPL (data protection), TDRA rules on electronic communications (no cold/unsolicited messaging), and RERA requirements for property marketing. The Client remains responsible for the lawful use of the delivered tools within its own business.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential the commercial, technical, client and other confidential information received while working together. A separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed on request.
9. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control — including natural events, government acts, major network/internet outages, or outages of third-party services (such as OpenAI, WhatsApp, Telegram or CRM platforms).
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion; failing that, the dispute is subject to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
